Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer you the option to return it under the following conditions.

2. Return Period

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

3. Requirements for a Return

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition
  • The original packaging must be present
  • All accessories must be included

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the return:

  • If the refund is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer
  • Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded (except for errors on our part)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
