We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include all tags and original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mizo.at so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval status via email

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

7. Legal Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Austrian law, including the right to withdraw from online purchases in accordance with the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte Gesetz (FAGG).
